What it checks, and what it can't

Name: added keywords, places or separators ("Best", "24/7", "in Portland", " - "), and whether the website uses the same name.
Address: P.O. boxes, private mailboxes (PMB), mailbox stores and coworking / virtual-office providers; whether the website shows the same street and postcode; a service-area business publishing a street address.
Phone and category: the profile's phone on the website; toll-free numbers; a primary category the website never mentions.
Can't see: the profile itself, its edit history, reviews, Google's reason, or whether a mailbox address is staffed. Rules are from Google's Business Profile guidelines; passing doesn't guarantee reinstatement.
